A renovation and rejuvenation of a 1920's workers cottage into small offices and shared facilities.
Its history is varied, originally both a butchers shop and home it was also a pin ball arcade and recording studio.
The original floor plan was retained and each room finished in techniques such as hand applied textured render and timber lining and battening to keep in with the hand crafted nature of the original building.
Completed with a fraction of the budgets for most office fit outs it doesn't lack in texture, detail and charm, fitting in perfectly with its original context.
